Meet the Panelists
Dr. Unjeria Jackson
Dr. Unjeria Jackson is an alumnae of Yale and received her MD from Boston University School of Medicine. She trained and practiced at Morristown Memorial Hospital for 20 years. She served for 28 years as a member of the New Jersey State Committee which reviews maternal mortality and makes recommendations to address specific issues of concern. She is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Jackson is an avid supporter of education, healthcare and the arts.
Sharita Thompson, M.Ed
Sharita is the owner and founder of Parent With Clarity and the Parentpiphany, membership program. Her innovative platform is changing the way in which parents can be supported while managing their EVERYDAY lives. Sharita helps parents achieve their goals while finding joy and gratitude, no matter where they are in their journey.
When not wrangling her two children, you can usually find her on her computer helping the Parent WIth Clarity Community with juggling all the things in their lives. Becasue she’s obsessed with all things pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood.
Her jam is… productivity, organization and education (she’s even got my Master’s in Education). Sharira loves to chat about the things that matter most to her: motherhood + raising kiddos, building community, family, fighting social + racial injustices, helping parents navigate the challenges of parenthood and bringing awareness to obstetric violence.
Thameka is a spiritual reader, specializing in card reading, crystal healing, meditation, numerology, visualization and astrology. Readings provide divinated, spiritual guidance that speaks to the soul. Thameka is available for spiritual consultations and readings, recorded or conducted via phone.

Naima Thompson is looking to one day become a medical doctor. She founded ‘Shadow Black Doctors Online’ an organization that highlights Black physicians in various medical fields and allows Pre-medical students to shadow these doctors on an online format.
Naima also has a YouTube channel where she talks about her love for baby names and helps people pick out their future baby names, pet names or even their sims names. Naima is also a Christian and uses her YouTube channel to talk about her faith.
